Operation Steps

1.Connect the electrode clamp to the negative output terminal and the electrode holder to the positive output terminal. Turn on the power supply and switch on the power switch.
2.Adjust the power knob, which has both coarse and fine adjustments. Set the scale value as needed for your specific work requirements.
3.Use tweezers to hold the workpiece, aligning the interface with the tungsten needle (maintaining a 5mm gap). The workpiece should not touch the needle. The tungsten needle can be sharpened on a grinder, utilizing the principle of tip discharge for optimal welding.

4.Press the foot switch to initiate the spot welding process. Once done, release the foot switch to complete the weld.
