Operation steps

1. Connect the electrode clamp to the negative output terminal and the electrode holder to the positive output terminal. Turn on the power, then turn on the power.
2. Adjust the power control knob, which provides coarse and fine adjustment settings. Set the appropriate scale value according to your specific work requirements.
3. Use tweezers to position the workpiece so that the interface is aligned with the tungsten needle, maintaining a gap of about 5mm. Make sure the workpiece does not touch the needle. The tungsten needle should be sharpened on a grinder to ensure optimal performance, utilizing the tip discharge principle.

4. Depress the foot switch to start the spot welding process. When finished, release the foot to complete the welding.
